Former Asst. Attorney General for the state of Texas, and now Defense Attorney for UT Southwestern Medical Center lies AGAIN! Months ago, he said he would draft a response for me in regard to my Claim for Damages against UT Southwestern and my former physician, Dr. Mark Alan Swancutt. This arose out of Dr. Swancutt being an employee of UT Southwestern and that Dr. Swancutt was the only known custodian of my 178-page University of Colorado (hard copy) health record that has been lost! Dr. Swancutt asked to borrow my outside/previous health record with the promise to return it to me. That never happened. Dr. Swancutt probably used my 178-page record as drink coasters when he vanished to Peru a couple years back. Nonetheless, Timothy Edward Boughal lied to me again, as I have yet to receive my denial letter for damages. In fact, I have not received anything from Mr. Boughal whatsoever since he contended he was sending out a response. I'm glad Boughal isn't representing Texas anymore!
