Petition updateParkland Hospital Physician Loses a 178-Page Patient Medical Record and County Does Nothing!Parkland's Defense Counsel, Brenda Neel Hight's Arguments

I received a letter dated September 14, 2012 from Brenda Neel Hight, Senior Associate General Counsel of Parkland, denying my claim for damages because of two reasons. One, my physician, Mark Swancutt "wore his identification badge which clearly indicated that Dr. Swancutt is employed by UT Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas (UTSW)" And two, "Jane Fitzpatrick [Unit Mgr] reported this fact to you in March 2011." Jane Fitzpatrick lied. Ms. Fitzpatrick had previously allowed three people unknown to me to spontaneously barge into a patient room where she and I were discussing my private health care concerns. Parkland admitted to the identity of those 3 people but also only admitted to interviewing 2 of the three. Naturally, the building contractor was not interviewed. Your opinion can be expressed to Ms. Hight at: http://www.baughdaltonlaw.com/attorneys/bHight.php
