On April 1, 2013, I faxed a signed Notice of Address Change to all pertinent departments for which I had contact information at Parkland. The contact information Brenda Hight used on her denial letter was: 5201 Harry Hines Blvd. Dallas, TX 75235 214.590.2215/Fax 214.590.5631. Approximately one week after I faxed my address change notice, I followed up with all to whom I gave notice. To my surprise, this above-captioned telephone number was NOT Brenda Hight. It was Privacy Director Chris Killgore-Lannan. I specifically asked Ms. Killgore-Lannan if she had received my address change, and she denied receiving it or it reflecting in Parkland's computer system. When I asked Chris what 214.590.5631 as a fax number was used for, she stated she had NO CLUE! So, once again, my personal information appears to have been divulged to a number that NO ONE at Parkland has yet been able to identify! It appears to me that it's attorney misconduct for intentionally rendering wrong contact info!
