I have already filed complaints with the US Department of Health & Human Services/OCR (assigned to an investigator awhile back), Texas Medical Board (as of this past Monday, they STILL haven't assigned my case to an investigator...hopefully Parkland hasn't bought-off or otherwise bribed the TMB, as all the statutory criteria should have been met to evidence physician misconduct according to the ROP they disseminated), both US -TX Senators, my US HOR for where I reside, the White House (Pres/VP), and NOW, I will be pleading with the US Dept of Health & Human Svcs/Health Resources & Services Administration on the federal level by sending a letter to the Administrator: The Honorable Mary K.
