1.) Nothing is done to upkeep the property unless Code Enforcement is involved.

2.) Current HOA / Forum does not advise of Financials upon request. 

3.) Current HOA rules like a dictatorship often telling members and residents to "Shut Up" when they ask questions concerning the Park Villa and it's  Financials. 

4.) There have been continuous complaints concerning harassment from the HOA via phone calls/ in person. 

5,) Breach of fiduciary responsibility to the point where it's  criminal.

6.) WE HAVE NO INSURANCE FOR THE INDIVIDUAL CONDO UNITS! (THIS IS A BASIC REQUIREMENT OF ANY HOA COMMUNITY!
