Swanscombe Peninsula is not just a loved local green space it happens to be one of the best wildlife sites in England and has been designated a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) by Natural England last year.

Save Swanscombe Peninsula and eleven local and national groups signed a joint letter to BBC Studios, ITV Studios and Paramount Pictures asking them in light of this designation to withdraw their commercial interest from plans to build the London Resort theme park over Swanscombe Peninsula SSSI.

BBC AND ITV HAVE SINCE WITHDRAWN!!

We are in a nature and climate emergency Paramount, we believe that you should not seek to profit from a scheme that deprives people from experiencing wildlife on their doorstep and now follow the lead of the BBC & ITV and withdraw your commercial interest from plans to build a theme park over Swanscombe Peninsula SSSI immediately!
