Dear Community Friends Avondale and nearby suburbs like Blockhouse Bay, New Lynn, New Windsor, Waterview, Green Bay, Kelston, Point Chevalier need a good recreation and swimming pool facility as the nearest three swimming pools are Mount Albert Aquatic Centre in Mt Albert, West Wave Aquatic Pools in Henderson & Cameron Pools in Mt Roskill.
