Baja Mac and cheese was remove in july 2020 and my obsession with Panera went with it. The delicious Mac and cheese with avocado, Pico de Gallo, and cilantro warmed my soul and was best enjoyed with a side of bread. Then it received a recipe change where it was only avocado, cherry tomatoes, and a pesto sauce... delicious none the less. The original recipe was gone too soon and must come back!
