Overturn the Ban on Deliveries to Individual Doors in Our Building

The Issue

Most of us in our building juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. We work from home, raise children, or are elderly or have mobility restrictions. Having deliveries made directly to our doors is a privilege we cannot afford to lose - it's a necessity. The recent ruling to ban this has already had negative consequences, causing discomfort for many residents. Frozen goods thaw, hot meals cool, and the trip to the north lobby is far from accessible for those with mobility limitations. For busy parents or those with physical disabilities, this decision has turned a convenience into a major hurdle.

This ban places our property at a disadvantage, a stark disparity to neighboring buildings which still allow direct-to-door deliveries. It's a step backward, away from accessibility and accommodation for all.

We understand that change is sometimes necessary for progress. Still, change that adversely affects so many cannot be deemed an improvement. Let us continue receiving our deliveries directly to our doors, thus restoring convenience and accessibility for all residents. Please, sign our petition for a return to a more considerate approach.
