I truly believe that it’s time for change at the top of FIFA. Gianni Infantino, in my opinion, just isn't up to the task of leading the world’s biggest football organization. While the role of FIFA President holds great responsibility and enormous influence over global football affairs, it seems Infantino lacks the vision and capability necessary to steer the organization in a direction that promotes transparency, fairness, and genuine love for the sport.

Under Infantino’s leadership, numerous controversies and decisions have sparked outrage among fans and stakeholders. He was re-elected unopposed in 2023, which raised eyebrows considering the various ethical concerns and scandals that are linked to FIFA. For instance, the awarding of World Cup bids continues to be marred by allegations of corrupt practices, like the highly criticized decision to host the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, amidst concerns for human rights abuses and extreme working conditions.

Football’s spirit, fairness, and integrity are compromised repeatedly, and fans worldwide deserve an administration that truly prioritizes the sport and its global community. Changing leadership at FIFA is an actionable and crucial step toward a future where football is governed with transparency and integrity.
