Our beloved Coach Timmy Moore, a man with a heart of gold, is unjustly facing removal from his coaching position in Jeannette, PA, USA. Coach Moore has shown his devotion to his players not just in victory but in defeat as well, standing by his team and defending them regardless of game outcomes. This man's dedication to his players is the embodiment of true sportsmanship, lifelong learning, and personal growth that sports at the school level should foster.

We feel that the removal of Coach Moore is unjust and may have harmful effects on the morale and development of our youths. According to the National Federation of State High School Associations, coaches play a defining role in developing a young athlete's sportsmanship and teamwork skills (source: NFHS).

Imposing such an enormous change due to his persistent support for his team is an uninformed decision that doesn't acknowledge the positive impact of Coach Moore's person-first approach.
