Petition updateAnimal cruelty sentenceWyoming Board of Outfitters & Teton County Sheriff still deliberating

By refusing to address the issue, concerned citizens feel as though the Wyoming Board of Outfitters, under Amanda McKee, are not upholding the revised June 2017 Rules and Regulations set forth by licensing agency. What appears to be a clear-cut case of "intent to harm" and "inhumane treatment", among other violations, apparently it is not so simple for everyone involved to find cause for revocation of Mr. Stearn's license to operate. Although we cannot see ANY possible reason that Forest Stearns is not violating the mentioned "Wyoming Board of Outfitters Rules and Regulations", perhaps Amanda McKee, the Teton County Sheriff, and the Teton County Prosecuter, are able to provide a clear and logical explanation of how he is not in violation of the regulatory provisions? We would appreciate sharing the information with the community at large seeking justice for Stearn's animals.
