THANK you again for signing this petition. We are now at pretty much 200 signatures (online + paper).

It's been a bit quiet here, but the petition got coverage in the paper! With the recent events in Minnesota, we need to understand that now is the time to act. That is why I will be speaking and attending the Bourbonnais Village Board meeting on Monday, Feb. 2nd at 5:30PM (Groundhog Day!) to respectfully ask the board to direct staff to review, draft and ultimately pass this proposed ordinance.

The Village Board Meeting is located at the Bourbonnais Municipal Center, located at:

600 Main St NW, Bourbonnais, IL 60914

This is an introductory ask. Calm, policy-focused, and about CLEAR boundaries for village spaces.
