Our children's world is constantly changing and new challenges and behaviours are coming up. We as Early Childhood Educators should know the current strategies and practices to run a classroom to support children and families to the best of our abilities. We are fighting for ECE’s to have mandatory ongoing education related to child development and behaviour strategies through the college of Early Childhood Education, so they can be up to date on the new data and strategies that can be implemented and support the on going development of the children we work with.
