Thank you to everyone who has signed the petition. We only have a few more days before the meeting on April 6th, and it is likely there will be a vote at this meeting! We have until then to convince these representatives that we do not want this legislation. We can do that with emails, calls, bringing awareness, posting river pictures on social media and tagging the representatives and encouraging people to sign the petition www.change.org/willametteforall before the meeting April 6th!

We were also contacted by Oregon Families for boating, they confirmed sending emails or contacting these representatives is very critical in these last days before the meeting. They offered that we could use this system below to send emails as well!

In the final days before this meeting it would be great if you could post a picture memory from your fun times on the river and add a link to the petition www.change.org/willametteforall and #willametteforall and let’s bring more awareness to this issue and this meeting. Let’s make sure these representatives know that we love this river and we do NOT want them passing this new legislation and taking access to it away from Oregonians!
