I was lucky enough to find the most amazing man in the world untill His time in the military started to effect his personality. He was diagnosed with PTSD and Traumatic brain injury. The man I loved was replaced by someone different. He hurt me and my children when I was pregnant. I went to see a judge about a restraining order. See I just wanted my Vet better. I wanted him to get help. The judge allowed us to be able to do therapy so that he could continue a path twords mental health. As the restraining order continued he started lieing about his therapy. So I went back to court because he was not turning over his proof that he was in therapy and that he was taking his medicine. Both were  mandatory on the restraining order. That is when I met one of the most biased judges I have ever met. Judge Temple. This judge broke me and helped my abuser continue his abuse. She told me because I had had asked for joint counseling with my Veteran that she would it have been her as the judge would have never allowed a restraining order because clearly I was not scared enough. That was the first thing she did to help my abusive now ex. My ex continued his abuse just in different ways. He first turned in a 9 page letter that the judge read. I to this day have asked to see that and how to get a copy and she has never answered me. My kids and I abuser then called the police and tried to have me charged with harrassment, he tried to have a restraining order put on me, spread unfounded rumors, broke the restraining order, found a away on to my fb and took screen shots of my personal post and private messages, he manipulated a video I sent to him in joint therapy and put countless paperwork against me to the court. Judge Temple what did she do. She believed his manipulative tactics. She looked the manipulated fb post that are considered hearsay and as far as I know are not supposed to be used as evidence and the manipulated video that I felt bullied into letting her watch. I explained to her that they had been tampered with but I felt bullied into silence a tactic she had used more then once as the different restraining order hearings took place. Judge Temple  dismissed my restraining order and told me that "you know those people who in a scary movie and they go out in the backyard with it and bad things happen to them? Well that is you. You are clearly not scares enough of him" Then I was told that I was being manipulated twords my abuser. I have talked to other people that have had her do the same thing to them. This judge must be stopped from doing these things to other victims of domestic violence. Stop her from silencing more domestic violence survivors. Judicial District 06, Position 4: Eva Temple is the Chief post-conviction, habeas corpus, and mandamus judge. Additionally she hears criminal, civil, domestic relations, traffic, small claims, evictions, county ordinance, and Morrow County matters.
