On 01 December 2021, Government of Andhra Pradesh organised meeting with Mr Rajiv Kumar, Vice Chairperson NITIAYOG Government of India and Vice Chancellors from 10 Universities in the state, IIM Visakhapatnam,  Psychiatrist, psychologist, Vasavya Mahila Mandali, Foundations. Dr Keerthi,  President Vasavya Mahila Mandali explained to Niti Ayog Vice Chairperson and team: challenges faced about maintenance issues by women in marital discord, developing policy document, need for changes in section  125 of Criminal Procedure code and to think of having an economic instrument to uphold the right to live with dignity as fundamental right given by constitution of India. 
The Vice Chairperson asked to send policy document to his office and discuss more on the viable model to look at the wellbeing of women in marital discord with or without children.
