Since last 4 months focussed on preparing a fact sheet status. Sent under Right to Information Act to 672 Disitrct courts and all state and UT High courts to provide information on Maintenance filed by women in marital discord by different laws in India that includes Domestic Violence act and Cr.P.C 125. Received response from 216 courts as of today. Within two weeks will be releasing the fact sheet. Although it is tip of ice berg but it clearly shows the longivity of procedure and do the women getting justice due to existing laws.
