We, the undersigned property owners (collectively referred to as "we") hereby oppose the Coastal Area Management Site Plan Review application ("Application") for property located at 40 Beachview Avenue, Bridgeport, filed with the Bridgeport Planning and Zoning Commission ("Commission") by Jason Raymond as Application #26-25, scheduled for the August 31, 2026 Hearing to be held at City Hall on the 1st floor City Council Chambers, 45 Lyon Terrace, Bridgeport, CT. 

We hereby request that the Application be denied by the Commission due to the potential for adverse environmental effects caused, in part, by the density of the proposed six 2-bedroom units and for other reasons to be raised at the public hearing.
