This petition is presented to the Orchard Park Central School District Board of Education, Administration, and the New York State Board of Education Commissioner, Betty A. Rosa, in response to the December 13, 2022, vote by the Board to approve STUDENT GENDER IDENTITY POLICY, #7552. The Policy offered by the Orchard Park Board of Education conflicts with the goals to promote health, safety, and security to the citizens. We are therefore petitioning the terms and acceptance of Policy #7552.

Recent events in the Loudoun County, Virginia School District illustrate harm which may occur to individuals in relation to policy. The Loudoun event is one of many which substantiate our concerns for safety, security and health of all. We request an opportunity to provide input on a revised policy and submit _________ signature against current policy proposed.
