Well, we did it y'all! On Tuesday, April 22, 2025, the Harford County Council signed Bill 25-002 into legislation, affirming E-009 (Wagner's Farm) will stay AG. We cannot thank the community enough for their support and tenacity these last 7 months since this process began. We are truly grateful for the Harford County Planning Advisory Board who preliminary voted to keep this property AG, Harford County Planning & Zoning who conducted extensive evaluations and studies to affirm AG should be preserved, and the Harford County Council for listening to our voices, understanding the beautiful intricacies of this farm, and unanimously agreeing to keep it AG.
