In the midst of a cost-of-living crisis, I faced an unexpected financial burden. Like many residents, I rely on waste collection services provided by Panda, trusting their transparency and fairness. However, recent experiences have highlighted significant concerns about the surcharge applied to our accounts. This additional fee feels unjust, especially when families are already struggling to make ends meet.
Firstly, the lack of transparency surrounding this surcharge's implementation has left many of us in the dark. Customers, including myself, were not properly informed in advance. There seems to be no clear communication or rationale provided, which unfairly penalizes responsible subscribers who value their waste management services. We deserve clarity around how fees are structured and why changes occur.
