We, the undersigned, oppose the Rezoning captioned “APC Docket No. REZ-2023-031/VC-6-2023” scheduled to be heard by the Area Plan Commission on Nov 2, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. and the County Commission on Dec 5, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. in Room 301 of the Civic Center to rezone Agricultural Property to C-4 to build a Love’s Travel Stop at I-69. And SR 57.

This proposed location is in a residential area off I-69 in Northern Vanderburgh County and will greatly impact traffic in this area.

This is at I-69 exit 18 at the intersection of Highway 57, Old Highway 57 and I-69.  Anyone can sign this petition no matter what county you live in but you should be age 18 or older to sign.
