This petition is to oppose the suggested increase of air traffic from the Sunshine Coast Airport over the Noosa Shire suburbs of Teewah, Cooroibah, Tinbeerwah and Doonan. 

Airservices Australia have developed the Sunshine Coast Airport Flight Path Changes Post Implementation Review (PIR) based on feedback from communities affected by the new runway.

ASA Recommendation 3: Investigate feasible NAP improvements
• Investigate increased sharing between runway 13 RNP-AR short approach with RNP long approach. 
This would see an increase to air traffic over the above mentioned suburbs, who will also be significantly affected by the increased Bonza flights.

Residents under the affected flight path were told that there would be less than two flights per day, as per the main image, which is already being exceeded. 

This petition is to get on the front foot before engagement proceeds any further. 

Please sign this petition if you are negatively affected by the new flight path and if you do not wish to see additional flights over our once quiet area.
