One of the Overstrand Municipalities Baboon Revised Strategic Plan “results” is a waste management system where baboons cannot access waste in Pringle Bay. 
They are bringing in water canons and paint ball markers BUT the Pringle Bay Rate Payers Association and the Overstrand Municipality ignore opportunities where offers to rebuild the entire waste dump site in Pringle Bay have been made. 
it is more convenient to continue the narrative that KVET is a problem instead of accepting a plan at no cost to any rate payer to improve the Pringle Bay waste dump site.
