The landowner has made the decision to withdraw their petitions for annexation and zoning as well as their annexation agreement. They will resubmit the petition for the 38 acre parcel for 'to the M-2 zoning with additional request for certain uses otherwise authorized in the Highway Commercial zoning classification'.

We  thank our supporters for helping to get us to this point. We realize though that this simply allows the petitioner time to assemble a team of professionals when they reapply.
