We, the undersigned, OPPOSE a Mill Point 1 Solar PILOT (Payment In Lieu of Taxes), which would enable the developer to pay less than their fair share of taxes, depriving the Fonda Fultonville School District of hundreds of thousands of dollars and leaving local residents to pick up the difference.

We refuse to let corporations take advantage of our School District at the expense of our children’s education and our financial well being.
