The residents of the area impacted by the application to construct a public charter school on APN 310-052-25, 7546 N. Locan, Fresno, CA, hereby insist that the DRA No. 4759 be denied by the County of Fresno, Department of Public Works and Planning.  We do not support the project because it will devalue existing private property values and put further stress on the existing infrastructure.  There are currently similar schools at Temperance and Clinton and Locan and Courtland.
