Bad News: Developer is One Step Closer to Building on the Median of San Elijo Road
It's been awhile since we've had an update for you, but we wanted to be sure to let you know that unfortunately, Ambient Communities is continuing to push forward for a 5 story structure on the median of San Elijo Road (Between SEMS and the SEH Dog Park).
Unfortunately, the developer just cleared another major hurdle toward building it. We've learned that the Planning Commission meeting will officially be scheduled for the fall and we’re going to need all hands on deck at that one!
In the meantime, we’d love your help working together to defeat this proposal. Please reach out if you have ideas and/or want to lend a hand! And, we’re also still collecting letters and petitions - it’s not too late and every single letter/signature matters! So, please share the petition through text with your neighbors and/or family members that are over 18 and consider sending in a letter to the city (details below).
