Help needed. I am looking for anyone that has tried to adopt a dog but has not been able to do so due to the shelter appointment system or any other kind of complaint.

Transferred to other rescues 529 (29,8%) 

Killed 362 (17%)

Died OCAC 73 (3.5%)

Returned to owner 33 1.61%)
