I saw a posting yesterday about a neighbor who found a lost cat and took it to the shelter where they turned it away. 

This is where our tax dollars are going, a shelter that does not take in strays, allow people to check for their lost pet or roam the kennels to adopt a pet, is this really where you want your money to go?

We have to get these practices changed, the animals need us!
