I heard today about this poor lady trying to get an appointment, she was on hold for over 30 minutes, not only that, because she wants to look at 2 dogs, she has to have 2 separate appointments! Isn’t that crazy, inefficient and certainly not conducive to the public trying to adopt a dog! 

There is a meeting that supposedly is ‘open’ which is coming up next Wednesday (27th) 
Meetings are held each quarter but they cancelled the April meeting. Anyone can attend, although last time they made the public sit outside and then were escorted in to speak. We don't know if they will do the same this time, but it is important to have a good showing from the public. You can also submit public comments that will become part of the record.
