Please note the empty cat cages. Yet the shelter will not admit cats or kittens as they say they are full, in fact this weekend the whole place seemed fairly empty of dogs, in contrast the LA shelter is bursting at the seems! What does that tell you? 

The LA Shelter is open without appointment 4 days a week and you can also make an appointment online. 

The OC Shelter says they make 400 appts a week, this just is not happening and the volunteers can prove that. 

We have requested public records of salaries and one or two other things. It will be interesting to see what happens next.
