Starting a couple years ago, the Klein High School Administration has been closing more and more restrooms throughout the school due to vaping and drug use. 

Closing the restrooms is not an effective way stop this, as people doing this will inevitably move to a different location. This will cause crowding in the few available restrooms, as well as disruptions in students’ routes to class (most convenient restroom may be closed, other options will likely be crowded, etc.).

There are other possible methods to prevent drug use in our school, without causing the local Walgreens to be the nearest restroom to our classes.
