THE DOCUMENTED FACTS
 
FACT 1 -- THE MEDICAL EXAMINER WHO PERFORMED HER AUTOPSY IS SPEAKING OUT

Dr. Thomas Noguchi, the Los Angeles Medical Examiner who personally performed Marilyn Monroe's autopsy in 1962, documented that her organs were removed and sent for toxicology -- and then those organs disappeared entirely. They were never logged, never returned, and have never been accounted for. Without the organs, key evidence about how she actually died is simply gone. Dr. Noguchi has publicly stated the circumstances surrounding her death were never properly investigated.

FACT 2 -- THE DRUGS DON'T ADD UP

The official cause of death was acute barbiturate poisoning -- specifically Nembutal and chloral hydrate. However, Dr. Noguchi's own autopsy found no pills, no capsule residue, and no needle marks consistent with the alleged overdose. The concentration of drugs found in her bloodstream was inconsistent with oral ingestion. Toxicologist Dr. John Miner, who witnessed the autopsy and interviewed Monroe's psychiatrist Dr. Ralph Greenson shortly after her death, went on record stating he did not believe the death was suicide -- and maintained that position until his own death in 2011.

FACT 3 -- THE BRUISES THAT WERE NEVER EXPLAINED

Dr. Noguchi documented bruising on Monroe's body that was never officially explained or investigated. Bruising of this nature is inconsistent with a peaceful drug overdose at home. It was noted, documented, and then quietly ignored in the official report.

FACT 4 -- THE TIMELINE OF DISCOVERY IS IMPOSSIBLE

Monroe's housekeeper Eunice Murray initially told police she discovered the body at midnight. She later changed her story multiple times -- and in a 1985 BBC interview admitted that Robert F. Kennedy had been at the house that evening and that she had not told the truth to investigators. The ambulance driver who responded that night has also stated on record that Monroe was still alive when he arrived -- and that she died en route, not at home. The official timeline has never been reconciled with these accounts.

FACT 5 -- THE CIA WIRETAP FROM THE NIGHT BEFORE SHE DIED

A CIA wiretap intercept dated August 3, 1962 -- one day before Monroe's death -- was filed and routed to what documents describe as "MJ-12." The document records that Monroe had "secrets to tell" and was threatening to hold a press conference. According to the intercept, President Kennedy had shared classified information with her -- including information about classified government operations she was threatening to expose publicly. Robert F. Kennedy is named directly in the document. Monroe was furious at him and threatening to go public -- with the classified information she had been told. She was dead the next day.

FACT 6 -- THE FBI AND CIA WERE BOTH ACTIVELY SURVEILLING HER

The FBI maintained an extensive surveillance file on Marilyn Monroe -- not just for alleged communist associations, but because she was considered a national security liability due to her relationships with both President Kennedy and Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy. J. Edgar Hoover personally oversaw her file. The CIA was simultaneously monitoring her communications. Both agencies were fully aware of theories surrounding her death. FACT 8 -- THE CIA IS ILLEGALLY SUPPRESSING THESE RECORDS RIGHT NOW -- IN 2026

The JFK Assassination Records Act of 1992 legally requires the full release of all assassination-related records -- including those connected to Monroe. In May 2026, the CIA physically seized 40 boxes of JFK records from the office of the Director of National Intelligence while they were being processed for declassification. Former CIA officer James Erdman gave Senate testimony about this seizure. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. publicly stated:

"This is yet another inexplicable move by the CIA that it's hard to put a face on that's not sinister -- because it's illegal."

Marilyn Monroe's crypt at Pierce Brothers Westwood Village Memorial Park in Los Angeles -- Crypt 24, Corridor of Memories -- was vandalized in April 2026. No formal investigation was launched. No accountability was established. The desecration of her resting place was treated as a minor incident. This is consistent with a decades-long pattern of her story being minimized, dismissed, and ignored.

Subpoena the remaining sealed records held by the Los Angeles County coroner's office related to Monroe's autopsy and toxicology
Acknowledge publicly that the official record of her death contains unresolved inconsistencies that have never been properly investigated
