So please explain how this isn't a conflict oseeing as it's been reported that they make membership mandatory to anyone they bring on. Those mandatory fees are anywhere from $300-$400 and MORE depending on wether they have a certificate or not, or internationally trained workers coming here to work as PSWs and to make a better life for themselves.

This is blatant exploitation of those workers.

• They have never had an AGM in over 10 years
• The members have NO voting rights
• All bylaws point back to giving Miranda sole power in the final decision making
• No public accountant
• Never released financials to the public or to members after being asked repeatedly for years
• Never took any responsibility or accountability for the TikTok and social media posts they promoted for YEARS demeaning PSWs, and mocking vulerable persons with dementia
• Only after being asked repeatedly for years to prove her PSW status, Miranda recently shared a pic of a RE-PRINT of her certificate from the same college she has back door financial deals with to gain membership through Mohawk College's perinatal support worker program

If she really did graduate, why can't she produce a NACC certificate?
