As Ontarians find themselves home due to quarantine and/or social distancing due to COVID-19, many will find themselves in economic difficulty due to lost wages.  Let's urge the government to suspend Time-of-Use and cap to off-peak rates. This would provide much needed relief and allow us to:

-Focus on health, whether that be staying healthy or getting back to health

-Focusing on family and self-care

-Reduce sources of anxiety
