Dear Microsoft /Xbox Support Team,

As part of the PC gaming community, I am reaching out regarding a long-standing issue with Call of Duty: Vanguard on Steam. For three long years, the community has been waiting for a fix, yet we are continually ignored. Ever since the game's launch on this platform, 9 cumulative campaign achievements have been completely broken and cannot be unlocked.

The affected achievements are:

Did I get' Em ?

Munition Magpie

Gotta Try 'Em All

OH YEAH!

Not your fairy Godmother

Orderly Conduct

Pop goes the Nightingale

Heightened senses

Pocket Full of Fun

The Core Issue & Proof of Activision's Fault:

Activision Support has repeatedly dismissed this issue for the past three years, claiming it is a platform-specific problem on Steam's side. However, we now have undeniable proof that this is false: These achievements are not even being registered or tracked on our internal Activision profiles.

The game's internal tracking code completely fails to count the cumulative actions (like weapon kills, wall breaks, or character abilities). Because the game itself does not record the progress, it never triggers the achievement. This is entirely an in-game bug caused by Sledgehammer games, not a Steam issue.

Urgency & Community Action:
The community has shown immense patience, but after three years of zero response from Activision, our patience has run out. Now that Activision is part of Microsoft and Xbox-a company that prides itself on achievement integrity-we expect accountability.

Please be advised that the gaming community is prepared to take this matter further if this issue continues to be neglected. This includes escalating the matter to consumer protection agencies for selling a defective product with broken features, as well as launching coordinated community awareness campaigns across al major platforms. We paid full price for a working product, and we demand that the features advertised are fully functional.

We kindly request Microsoft to step immediately, hold Activision accountable, and push for a fix so that these achievements finally work as intended.
