One Nation, One Flag — Iran’s Choice: Reza Pahlavi
Das Problem
IN THE NAME OF IRAN
As Iranians, we sign this petition to make clear to the international community what we seek for Iran’s future and how we understand the events unfolding at this critical moment.
For months, the Iranian people have been engaged in a struggle of their own—one in which ordinary, unarmed citizens have borne the brunt of the regime’s violence. More than 40,000 unarmed citizens have been killed or executed, thousands more injured, hospitals overwhelmed, and countless lives irreparably damaged, just for asking basic needs of human rights.
For us, war and instability are not abstract concepts or distant geopolitical debates. They are the fear in our streets, the uncertainty facing our families, and the loss of people we know personally. Our perspective is rooted in lived experience, not theory.
We believe that the path to a free and democratic Iran requires a peaceful transition away from the current brutal regime. We call for the complete removal of this system and for accountability for those whose hands are stained with the blood of the Iranian people. Our objective is not reform, but the full dismantling of this regime and the structures that sustain it. At present, there is no credible alternative leadership from within the regime capable of ensuring a future government free from religious extremism and radical rule.
We, Iranians both inside and outside the country, call for: “One Nation, One Flag (lion & sun), One Leader.” We recognize Reza Pahlavi, the son of Iran’s last Shah, as a prominent opposition figure advocating a democratic transition and national unity.
In this transition, we believe the Iranian people must rally behind a single unifying figure. We call on Reza Pahlavi to serve as a transitional leader and to help bring about national cohesion and a clear roadmap toward a democratic Iran. We ask the international community to acknowledge the Iranian people’s demand for unity and for a decisive break from the current system.
We therefore urge all governments, institutions, and individuals of conscience to support the Iranian people in reclaiming their freedoms and their right to determine their own future.
Long live free IRAN💚🤍❤️
