The Issue

TEEN SENTENCED TO 330 YEARS WITHOUT EVIDENCE

Everyone reading this has once been 16 years of age or plans to turn 16 one day. Most 16 year olds have their whole life ahead of them and can only imagine their future, with hopeful thoughts of what the world has in store for them.  Major life events are happening at 16, such as getting a driver’s license and buying your first car or starting one’s first job.  Some teenagers are getting ready for prom and shopping at the mall; however, others are having their first run-in with the law.
Could you imagine yourself being a 16-year-old, poor black boy in a courtroom in the middle of a “Small Town America”  where the majority of the town is white and the black population is only 2% black? Upon being arrested, you are held and questioned as a minor without an adult and then you are appointed a State Attorney, whom you only met the first day of your trial, but then the Judge sentences you to 330 YEARS in State prison!
Okay I know, your first thought is “What was the crime and did he actually do it?” Which is normal to ask, so check the details below.  After you read them most of your questions will be answered.  Then ask yourself, is he innocent or guilty and if this were you or your family, how would you feel?
Keep in mind that the penalty for a death sentence is 20 years in the State of Oklahoma. How is a 330 year sentence justified?
FACTS-
Defendant: Eric Proctor, (16yr old minor, black male)
{Year}: 1994
Place: Chickasha (Grady County) Oklahoma, USA
Crime: Aiding and Abetting a Rape (NOT RAPE), Sentenced to 330 years in prison
Case#: CRF-94-78
Attorney: (Public Defender) Osher Bachrach

“A LAWYER WITH A HEARING IMPAIRMENT”, Osher Bachrach, was court appointed as young Eric Proctor’s public defender.
Eric did not meet Bachrach until 30MIN before his sentencing of 330YEARS!
Bachrach did not ask Eric any questions before trial, none at all.
Bachrach was later interviewed by the Innocence Project, a non-profit organization that helps wrongly convicted. During the interview, Osher Bachrach admitted to all events above.
The District Attorney refused to bring a rape kit, or medical report to court as evidence.
There were five witnesses, all adults in which none of the witnesses stated they saw Eric assault or engage in sexual acts with the victim.
Witnesses were threatened by police before the trial and were scared to testify. They say they are scared and will not come forth about the TRUTH.
Eric, a young poor black boy, had an all-white jury.
Eric has no criminal background.
Eric has been denied parole 6 times.
There were no deaths as a result of the crime Eric allegedly aided to.
Eric was 16 when this took place, a MINOR CHILD. He was not allowed to speak to his family and was denied sufficient legal counsel before being tried as an adult.
At the time of this recording Eric is now 48 years old. He has been in the Oklahoma State Prison for 26 years, nearly three decades and his entire adult life.
There are many more facts. Please research the case, you will be shocked. I wanted to take as little of your time as possible, but still give you the big picture. This type of THING happens all the time in America. A lot of people are just now paying attention.
Eric needs your help; they Buried Him Alive! How can you help? The steps are below.
