This amounts roughly to the effect that if for any reason a physician wants more money from a nurse practitioner, he will get it, or force the Nurse Practitioner out of business. The door is now open for any Nurse Practitioner is Ohio and other states without full practice authority to be sued at the whim of a collaborating physicians because the physicians now know they will win.
