The proposed Emerald Alliance VIII Permanent Supportive Housing development is catalytic investment to the Lorain Avenue corridor in Cleveland's Ohio City neighborhood. The $10 million dollar project will provide permanent jobs, reduce vacancy and blight on Lorain Avenue, increase neighborhood safety, and give 55 chronically homeless individuals the opportunity to return the lifestyles they had prior to becoming homeless.
