I am petitioning that my 4 little girls Remy and Reyna Badia (13&9) and Cora and Cecilia Still (6 year old twins) be removed from their natural grandfather and step grandmother, who hid the children 3 hours away in a completely different state on scheduled pick up date and filed for custody when they were ordered to return the children or face kidnapping charges. The short story is below. This petition means the world me because the motives behind these children staying with the grandparents what is being done is 100% wrong and pure evil to these babies.

In summer of 2016 I sent my 4 little girls (all Florida residents) to Dillonvale, Oh. for summer vacation with their natural grandfather and step grandmother (Patrick McGuire & Nancy Kendjorsky), as I had growing up as a child (I am also a florida resident of 33 years currently), to visit their family and give myself some time to work harder, make some.major.home repairs and save some money. At the end of the summer I fell on hard times and lost my job, on one income, my (then) boyfriend and I  struggled to rent a vehicle to make the trip and asked my father to return them with all expenses paid,  my father refused and began to coerce me into letting the 4 children stay for the school year, after a few days of searching for help to pick up my children and being coerced by both my father and children I decided it would he best for my babies to attend the 2016-17 school year in Ohio and both my father and I AGREED the girls would be picked up shortly after summer of 2017 began.

Summer of 2017 arrived, arrangements were made between my father and myself for the girls to be picked up on June 24th 2017 by the childrens natural grandmother (my mother, also a florida resident) and returned to me in preparation for the following school year and some summer fun. On June 24th my mother arrived to the girls step-grandmother, Nancy only, nervously trying to explain that the children were 3 hours away, In another state, "camping". My mother headed back to Florida empty handed, while the I attempted to contact my father for an explanation and make further arrangements. All calls were denied, so a text was sent stating that the girls could remain til the youngest 2 (twins) celebrated their birthday (July 16) and that they were to be on their way home the next day or that I would be in the state of Ohio and kidnapping  charges would be filed on both my father and his wife (as they once were on Patrick McGuire in 1994 for doing the same exact thing to my mother with my brother and myself). No response was given.

On July 11 2017, I (Jenetta Wojtylak) was served with custody papers from my father at my place of employment (papers were filed in Jefferson county court house on july 7th, days after the text stating they will be picked up or charges will be filed.) I been fighting for them since that day and the children remain in the care of grandfather.

Many things have happened over the course of the past year, including me leaving Florida to reside in her father's home in Ohio with my children, where I witnessed a multitude of issues including mental, verbal and emotional abuse towards my children and myself, I was ultimately thrown out with nowhere to go in the middle of winter for standing up for my children and myself. I then returned to Florida got a job in a dental office, got a nice 3 br home with a fence surrounding. I also got married, all things my father wanted my to accomplish and at which point he said he would drop the custody case and happily return my children. On the final court appearance on June 12th, my father's lawyer asked the judge for full custody of the 4 children and visitation for the abusive and absent until now father of the twins (he is also 19k in child support debt to me for neglecting to pay for over 2 years while twins were in my care). Even though I fought, supplied pictures of my home, offered to take drug tests, begged for the judge to send my babies home, on June 19th 2018 I was denied and the judge awarded full custody to my father and the wife without ever proving me unfit or unable to support, provide for and raise my own children, just simply on the statement that they are stable with the grandparents, when they were completely more stable and safer with their own mother prior to their vacation in 2016. I sent a 27 page statement with 36 reasons as to why I objected to this decision (some are listed below) and I was overruled and denied with no explanation.

Many things have been discovered since this decision has been made, things like Patrick McGuire grows, harvests, and sells and smokes marijuana in the home he is raising the girls in and uses in front of them, the girls talk freely and often about it and reports have been made, yet nothing is done and by this time he has been tipped off enough by small town talk to clear his room. The guardians Patrick McGuire and his wife receive about 2k a month (while making the girls walk to the food bank behind their house and carry home free provisions) between government assistance and child support to keep the children and The girls are being bullied and mentally abused by their guardians, the eldest is being left home alone with at least 2 of her 3 sisters for hours on end because they refuse to hire child care, since reports to cps have been made in regards to this, The 2 eldest are now being sent off with a man who was physically abusive to them during his relationship with me(reports to cps were made at that time and the time of break up between the twins father and myself for bruises being left on my 2 eldest children) my children may be stable in the care of my father, but they are not happy without me, my eldest has even made suicidal suggestions. And finally, Jefferson county Ohio is a very small and economically depressed area, everyone knows someone and Patrick McGuire is a mason and he knows everyone from law enforcement to lawyers to judges and magistrates, this made it virtually impossible for me to attain any of the 4 family law attorney in the area and in this case he has been long time friends with both magistrate and judge on this case, making it completely bias and for that, those children never stood a chance of being with me ever again no matter how hard I fight and how much money we continue to spend.

I started this petition to get the attention of the governors of Ohio and Florida.. I am not entirely sure why Florida's governor yet, but it will come to me. And I would like to get the attention of Ohio because none of this was done within the best interest of the children, in fact I am still trying to wrap my head around why a father would do this to his daughter at all. But it was done criminally, by a man who kidnapped his own children and faced charges, just because he joined the free masons over the past 24 years and made some friends and met a lawyer as criminal as he is does not make this right or even legal. The case was seen in a bias court, it was strategically planned behind the mothers back, because of all of this 4 little girls are suffering, the case.needs to be re-seen, in a fair court and I feel only 1 person can make that happen.
