In light of upcoming Austintown Trustee elections, and the plan for the current trustee Jim Davis to seek re-election, I am imploring the State Auditor of Ohio and also the other township trustees, Steve Kent and Ken Carano, to force the resignation of Jim Davis as well as force him to not seek re-election. I am asking for this due to the fact that Jim Davis is unfit for office and should not be a representative of our township or the people in the community. Jim Davis has public records of assault on women, one of whom died by suicide, a direct result of his assault on her.  Mr. Davis was caught lying to his then spouse in regards to the sexual assault on April I. Morgan to which she had to retract her statement to police in regards to the night of his assault on April I. Morgan. We have all documentation showing this to be true including police reports and court documents from the former spouse of Mr. Davis. If we are to be champions of women and support those who have been victims of sexual assault, we should not be paying the salary of predator to make decisions for our community. #RAPE #SEXUALASSAULT #METOO
