For years, we've described a word that is spelled the same both forwards and backwards as a "palindrome", but that word doesn't even fit what it's supposed to represent. 

I believe that we should officially change it to "emordrome", which not only fits the definition of what it is supposed to be describing but is significantly more fun to spell and say. 

We'll be sending this to several language-based organisations, including dictionaries and scholars, once we reach 500,000 signatures.
