We were informed that Marc Herrmann has a court date on the February 5th at 10 am at the Queens Bench of Alberta They were not served with any Court Documents yet but it will be happening at Calgary Calgary Courts Centre, 601 - 5 Street SW, Calgary, AB T2P 5P7 All reporters and activists are welcome to join the parents and Marc Herrmann There we may meet the Calgary CFS Case workers and OPG Officers who want Marc Herrmann for every price We may have a couple of questions for these people why they do not support the Albertans with special needs while they are after a child from Germany without the need of their service. Marc Herrmann is not allowed to have the appeal against the Permanent Guardianship Order before his 18th B day but Office of the public Guardian could apply and arrange an urgent Court Appointment for Adult Guardianship for Marc Hermann before his 18th Birthday day( exactly on February 5th 2015 at Calgary Court of Queens Bench at 10 am) When he turns 18 the PGO ends and Marc could walk out of the door as a free person To stop this they have arranged a special plan together with the Queens Bench short before his 18th B day We will be following this case and many more reporters and activists are welcome to join all of us to support this family on that day
