while waiting for DOGIE's response in email, i instead received emails asking and showing interest what will be the challenge and all other stuffs. so here is my answer to their query:

well it is very SIMPLE if he really wants and desire to solve everything in one go.

the challenge was: GO TO TOEI ANIMATION IN EASTWOOD QC, AND PERSONALLY APOLOGIZE TO THE PINOY ANIMATORS and STAFFS THERE. - after all they are the most affected by the piracy that he has done since what was pirated was a product of their own "sweat and blood". and perhaps, if that one comment of a PH TOEI animator is serious, AKOSI DOGIE WILL NEED TO TALK TO THE DIRECTOR OF ONE PIECE and APOLOGIZE DIRECTLY for his actions since the PIRACY of the ONE PIECE stampede movie here in PH seems to also reached the director and it is said that AKOSI DOGIE is included "as one of the suspects for the said movie piracy".

anyway he said that he will go to some anime convention wearing a "luffy" of one piece cosplay to have anime fans say to him directly what they say on social media for his actions right? (which is sort of arrogant provocation) then my challenge of him GOING TO TOEI ANIMATION to apologize personally is surely much easier.

i actually got this idea on a certain PH TOEI animator comment and others who have the same idea on a certain facebook page article. so what can you say? VERY simple isn't it? 

now, depending on akosi dogie's actions on this challenge, if the TOEI animators and staffs forgives him and state that they have no plans to sue AKOSI DOGIE for his violation of RA10088 and cyber crime law of 2012, then there would be no reason to pursue this petition (since their decision will be surely relayed to ODEX, to SM Cinema). THIS PETITIONER WILL RESPECT THE DECISION OF TOEI since they are PRIMARY respondents for this petition. NOW if he do reach this resolution after doing my challenge, then his problem ends and everyone, everything will go back to normal. anime movies will still be shown here, though the warning will surely remain. and every gamer will still enjoy his gaming stream. i will close this petition, THE END. throw everything, and move on.

but of course, flipping on the other side of the coin, if the animation studio (animators and staffs) still see NO sincerity on AKOSI DOGIE apology even after directly apologizing and cannot accept it, and the director, if ever he got a chance to talk to him didn't like the apology too (japanese are known professionals in discerning a sincere apology from a "SHIT" or just "saving my face" apology), THEN AKOSI DOGIE JUST surely QUICKEN his path to JAIL TIME and this petition WILL REMAIN UNTIL HE MEETS THE STEEL BARS.

if he chooses to not take the challenge then this petition remains and will go on until the law is implemented. so in short, my suggestion to him is he shouldn't wait long enough for this petition to be powerful enough and make the respondents do action, which is filing the lawsuit. and WE ALL KNOW WHAT IS THE NEXT after a lawsuit. if he is forgetful, the screenshot evidences, the many witnesses which includes the TOEI animators who saw the live stream of the pirated movie are present. in other words, there is no "NOT GUILTY" option for him once he reached this point.
