first, well, his APOLOGY CAME TOO LATE... if, akosi dogie asked for forgiveness on day 1, at the same day where a TOEI philippines animator replied on his video stream, this issue will not reach to a point where we will need to make a PETITION (that already reached more than 12500 supporters now) and consistently emailed TOEI, ODEX LTD, and SM Malls/Cinema to have them all constantly updated of and act on this petition. we should remember, he live streamed a CAM RECORDED CINEMA COPY of the ONE PIECE movie (which is the prime reason why we created this petition) in his facebook fan page which happened around 1 week ago and his reasons are that he is just "hyping" the OP fans and that he was just doing free promotion according to his one video. (in which it makes you think IS AKOSI DOGIE EVEN AUTHORIZED BY TOEI or ODEX to do that?) and finally when the issue is spiraling out of control, he issued an apology in which sadly (aside from being too late) the pinoy TOEI animators themselves are having a hard time to accept it since they can't feel any sincerity in his apology because it was like they, the animators are the ones who should be in debt to akosi dogie.

another, one of constant arguments of this ML mobile game fans, specifically, akosi dogie supporters, is that most of this petition supporters and those who bashed akosi dogie in social media watch anime in illegal sites or download illegal anime products thus our actions in this petition are hypocrisy. well, true they have a point... HOWEVER, that doesn't mean akosi dogie actions of streaming the ONE PIECE MOVIE are reasonable, justified  and that he cannot be held liable just because somebody else do piracy acts (which is also hypocrisy)... quoting what a pinoy TOEI animator comment on a certain facebook page article, in short, "you can do stuffs like watching pirated anime however KEEP IT TO YOURSELF, you don't need to go live stream or show it in public". i think everyone can easily get the meaning of this comment by a pinoy TOEI animator.

finally, we, who support this petition don't really wish to resort to this option. actually, before making this petition, me and most anime fans who followed akosi dogie in his stream commented on his video to correct his mistake (of live streaming the ONE PIECE movie) by apologizing as soon as possible and to lessen or prevent any ugly repercussions if ever. BUT SADLY SINCE WE ARE JUST ANIME FANS, and that most are not gamers (of mobile legends primarily), WE ARE IGNORED. and dogie's fans? they ridiculed us and some even called us "degenerate "jobless" low life weirdos" just for pointing akosi dogie's mistake and suggesting to apologize to TOEI and fans. hence, the petition is created to make akosi dogie act as soon as possible. but even with the petition, the call for apology is IGNORED until the petition reached 10k+ supporters and everything is now out of control. so, are we being OA here? NOPE. we already did everything. do we wish for him to get a jail time? NOPE. we are his fans too. but we are also anime fans and law abiding too... we tried to talk to him, we are ignored. perhaps even PH TOEI animators tried to talk to him but they are met by disrespect by akosi dogie's fans. so can akosi dogie's fans blame us if something happens say, something like a lawsuit for his piracy? to akosi dogie's fans aside from us, have you tried to tell him that he is wrong on his streaming of one piece stampede or you just tolerate the act even if it is wrong?

but oh well... CLEARUPs: there are some misunderstanding it seems. all i can say is TRUST ME ON THIS ONE. BESIDES, this petition will continue until he has done my challenge to do something with supporting video evidence so if he doesn't talk to me, accepts the terms of challenge, and do the challenge then this petition will continue until he meets the cold bars and we will continue to push for the implementation of the anti piracy law. as simple as that. anyway what challenge? i will post an update on what i asked akosi dogie to do once he communicated with me via email. JUST TRUST ME.
