Czars are not allowed to be hired when congress does't check them and vote them in and they have unprecedented power in the government. They can do whatever they want and no one can say anything about it and hardly anyone knows about who are these and the power they have over the government. Guess who is giving them all this power!? It wasn't the people who gave them the power. Congress didn't them the power. It was President Barack Obama.
