The Conservation Foundation, the Democratic Party in DuPage County, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and some BIG money folks all conspired to destroy the dam, and they've begun the work.  You can see by the photo that they've put up their construction fence, and then put a green screen up to make sure no one can see what they're doing.  Must be really proud of their destruction.
